HEALTHCARE
10th Street Family Medical Center - Oklahoma City - Renovation
	A complete refurbishment of an old grocery building for the Oklahoma Community Health Services new clinic. Designed by Hornbeek - Blatt Architects, this will house facilities capable of providing Dental, Medical, and Wellness Counseling for the surrounding at-risk community. Major renovated items include: New Entrance and Façade, Roof, Dental Plumbing and HVAC Systems.
Deaconess Medical Center - Oklahoma City - Tenant Improvements
	In the last ten years, Caston has completed multiple Medical Offices in the North and South Physicians Buildings of this campus. The plans are typically created by the Deaconess real estate staff and usually involve an amount of after-hours work to minimize tenant disturbance.
Artesian Medical Center - Oklahoma City - Exterior and Interior Renovations, Basement Addition
	A complete shell renovation of a former medical office building. Work items include the demolition and remodel of the common areas of this 3 story building with basement, located near Integris Baptist at NW 56th St. and Independence. Inside, we have completed a Sleep Lab for Integris, a space for Champion Women's Health Specialists, and the Artesian Cancer Center. The Artesian Cancer project included the extension of the current basement using 40" concrete walls. This was needed to create vaults for a Tomotherapy machine and a CT machine. The concrete roof doubles as a driveway that can be removed for equipment access. Rees Associates designed this project.
Former Children's Hospital Complex - OU Health Science Center
	Under a Construction Management Contract with the University Hospitals Authority and Trust (UHAT), Caston has completed numerous interior renovation projects. Most projects involve the removal of obsolete Hospital-Medical systems and the construction of spaces for entities that contribute to the advancement of medical education for the State of Oklahoma. While Miles and Associates is the Project Architect for UHAT, RBA & Associates designed the Clinical Skills Center and Architectural Design Group has designed the VA relocations.
Integris Baptist Medical Center - Oklahoma City - Tenant Improvements
	In recent years, Caston has completed multiple Medical Offices in Buildings C & D of this campus. The plans for these projects have been created by HSE Architects and usually involve an amount of after-hours work to minimize tenant disturbance.
Oklahoma Blood Institute - Oklahoma City - Multiple Renovations of Laboratory Areas
	In the last two years, Caston has completed multiple renovations to the offices and labs of the N. Lincoln and the Edmond facilities. The plans were created by HSE Architects and involve working in a sterile and secure environment; never interfering with their life-sensitive product.
Clinical Skills Education and Simulation Center - UHAT
	As a part of the OU teaching hospital, it is used to simulate an operating room and exam rooms for medical students using equipment and volunteers that act as patients.
Foundation Surgery Associates
	This interior finish out project consisted of an Outpatient Plastic Surgeon’s Offices, FSA Administration Offices, and a Call Center in newly completed shell space.  This 20,000 SF project surrounded an Ambulatory Surgical Center that was open during construction.
Artesian Cancer Center
	This project included the extension of the basement of the Artesian Medical Center to create vaults for a Tomotherapy machine and a CT machine and the finish-out of the existing basement. The walls for these vaults comprised of 40" thick concrete.
COMMERCE
Heritage Trust Company - Oklahoma City - Expansion and Renovation
	A series of renovations that have been designed by RBA and Associates has, most recently, included the expansion into the second floor of the existing facility. Along with the addition of a fire sprinkler system, security and access control systems were introduced to this former lease-space.
Waterford Business Park - Oklahoma City - Multiple Interior Renovation Projects
	A series of projects has been completed in recent years at this multi-building luxury-office complex. From the offices of the property owners to the renovation of Bellini's, its on-site restaurant, all work must conform to the exacting eye of their management staff.
Commercial Law Group - Oklahoma City - Building Renovation
	A contemporary design for the offices of several attorneys was produced by Mass Architects, Inc. for the building nested between the highway and McGuinness School. The space occupies the former sites of a Heart Hospital, a Sleep Clinic and a Dialysis Clinic; major demolition and re-configuration was necessary. Exterior work included a newly designed main entrance and replacement of all windows. The Plumbing, Heat and Air, and Electrical systems required consolidation as three occupancies turned to one. High-volume rooms with tall glass walls and a mesquite-wood floor compliment the tasteful design of this renovation project.
Glenn Harris Insurance - Oklahoma City - New Construction
	A design by Miller Architects, Inc. uses the popular "Residentially Built to Commercial Codes" concept. This building houses two separate and distinct tenants and utilizes the upstairs mezzanine for mechanical platform and IT closet locations. Care was taken to the east wall that was built below-grade by the location of the building on the small lot.
Leadership Square Oklahoma City - Interior Renovations
	Inside this two-tower 22 floor high-rise office complex, many projects were completed for the management group of Levy-Beffort and for various occupants: Allen Porter Associates, Inc. provided the design for a renovation of six entire floors for TRONOX as it was leaving Kerr McGee. Gensler of Chicago was the Project Architect for the two-phase renovation of the whole-floor offices of Grant Thornton. Several smaller offices and ADA restroom renovations have taken place in the past three years.
Huntington Energy - Oklahoma City - Connection of Buildings and Interior Renovation
	Three buildings with a wide variety of uses were combined to form one cohesive office-campus in a design by Studio Architecture. The project included a site drainage study and renovation as much is below the level of an adjacent arterial street. Exterior work included new windows, a common exterior finish system and a metal mansard-eyebrow roof addition. The unique aspects of the three buildings were exploited to produce a very unique, yet cohesive office grouping for this company.
B.D. Eddie North Classen Office Building - Oklahoma City - New Construction
	A unique design was provided by HSE Architects for this shell building that was speculatively built by the Owner/Occupant of the neighboring building. This small lot required the creative employment of retaining walls and detention ponds to comply with city codes.
Oklahoma Council of Public Affairs - Oklahoma City - Addition and Interior Renovation
	Designed by Bockus Payne and Associates, this politically active Owner wanted a more formal frontal-presence and needed additional office space for its increasing staff and members use. In addition to the new entry, an elevator and curved grand stairway were incorporated into the design.
East Wharf Offices - Oklahoma City - New Construction
	Designed by Michael Mahaffey, Architects, this shell building was constructed for Randy Hogan's group as lease-holders of the new PUD known as East Wharf on the shores of Oklahoma City's Lake Hefner. With a sloped roof of wood shingles, the building has a residential flair; structurally this building contains a combination of wood and steel beams with concrete and bar-joist floor systems. Panoramic vistas using large windows were designed to utilize the lakeside views from both floors. Interior spaces were also built by Caston Construction.

FINANCIAL
NBC Operations Center - Oklahoma City - New Construction
	This design by Bockus Payne and Associates is a conventional office building with a very unconventional structure. The exterior walls of this two-story building are built from interlocking styrofoam blocks that have been filled with rebar and concrete. This "Build-Block" style of construction was similarly used to construct the banks IT vault that doubles as a storm shelter for both facilities on this campus. The attic has been sprayed with an expansive foam insulation on the bottom of the roof decks; further enhancing the thermal efficiency of the building. A natural gas emergency generator provides the owner with a guaranteed source of electricity during emergency situations.
FAA Credit Union - Norman - Addition and Interior Renovation
	Having served as a McDonalds and Fazzoli's restaurant for 44 years, this structure was updated and modified to coincide with the needs of a modern bank and drive through facility. Extensive sitework was performed to correct long-standing sewer and storm drainage issues. New concrete approaches, parking lot, brick veneer, windows and canopy extension are visible improvements to this branch on Lindsay.
Credit Union Service Centers - Midwest City - Interior Renovation
	Because of a loss-of-lease and consequential rushed move, it was required that the owner occupy this space within a 28 day construction timeframe. With the owner's equipment suppliers coordinating with the schedule, this 2700 square foot space was completed and open for business in the time allotted. The plans were generated internally by the owner's staff.
Tinker Credit Union - Yukon - Addition and Interior Renovation
	Design Plus Architects were the architects on both the shell space for the developer David Harper and for the completion project for Tinker. This design uses the popular "Residentially Built to Commercial Codes" concept. A great deal of sitework was necessary when the drive-thru concept was added to the original structure. The composition shingle roof was removed from the base building and the signature copper-colored standing seam metal roof was added.
FAA Credit Union NW Expressway - Oklahoma City - New Construction
	This David Foltz, AIA designed branch banking facility with drive-thru lanes has been used to plan the amenities of their subsequent branch facilities. It utilizes one common and secure teller room that serves customers both in their cars and in the lobby. All is done via cameras and pneumatic document-passage lines.
Southwest Securities - Oklahoma City - Interior Renovation
	A design by HSE Architects provided this customer the ability to be the lone non-user tenant in the Dobson Communications Buildings. The initial and subsequent expansion projects were completed during operating hours without interruption of the Dobson Corporate offices.
ENTERTAINMENT & RETAIL
The Womble Company: Pella Window Store - OKC - Exterior Renovation
	Bockus Payne & Associates designed the new exterior face of this metal building warehouse & showroom. A combination of EIFS, standing seam metal panel and decorative stone was used to achieve this renovation.
Mr. Ooley's @ Penn Square - Oklahoma City - Interior Renovation
	Designed by Joe Andresh, this was an expansion of the men's shoe department and a refurbishment of the store fixtures and wood floor of this Fine Mens Clothing Retailer in Penn Square Mall. Additional improvements were made to the back office and dressing room areas. This work was achieved without any significant interruption to the business operations.
Bellini's Ristorante - Oklahoma City - Interior Renovation
	Designed by RBA and Associates Architects and completed in 28 days, this Italian restaurant serves as the in-house fine dining facility for OKC's Waterford Office complex. The work included separation of the HVAC systems at the cocktail lounge, a private dining facility and a new LED lighting system at the renovated bar casework.
Steven Giles - Oklahoma City - Interior Renovation
	Using Steven's design, this corner space at the Country Club Village mall was renovated to reflect the casual elegance of his inventory. From the store fixtures, to the copper front door and the inlaid wood floor; the owners' taste and design are evident in all details.
Belle Isle Brewery - Oklahoma City - Interior Renovation
	This 50 Penn Tower anchor restaurant was rebuilt after a kitchen fire destroyed much of the dining area. Work was performed to separate the upstairs music venue from the non-smoking restaurant and Brew Pub areas downstairs.

RELIGIOUS, NON-PROFIT & EDUCATIONAL
Holocaust Memorial - Oklahoma City - Addition and Renovation
	Bockus Payne & Associates has designed an emotive tribute to those affected by the events of the Holocaust; both old and new. This small addition to the Temple B'nai Israel's west entry uses colors, materials, textures and sounds to generate the desired emotional effect. Colored glass rocks fill rivulets left in the recesses of the concrete floor. A vertical water feature provides soothing noise while draping an inscribed glass panel in a sheet of water. An extension of the Temple foyer meets a new entry vestibule at the entrance to the Memorial.
Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School - Oklahoma City - Multiple Projects
	Since 2004, Caston Construction has performed construction and planning services to the Building Committee and for the school principal, David Morton. Most of these projects were unfunded in the Major Renovations performed by others. Meyer + Associates, Architects provided design for the Stadium Press Box renovation and seating restoration; Home Economics Cooking Lab; Expansion of the Football Stadium Toilets; and The Football Stadium Entry and Steps (shown). Design Plus Architects designed the conversion of the old Cafeteria area to a Chemistry Classroom, a Band Room and Dance Rooms. Ronald McDonald House Charities - OKC - Interior Renovations
	Several projects were undertaken for Herb Gilke and the Board of Directors. Sleeping quarter restroom renovations were completed in the first construction phase. Repairs to exterior drainage and repair to water damage was performed in subsequent projects. A renovation to the receptionist entry area was performed and donated to the Board of Directors.
Nichols Hills United Methodist Church - Oklahoma City - Interior Renovation
	A renovation of the Mothers Day Out facility was achieved by combining several former Sunday school classrooms. New Pella windows were installed in all openings in the East and North faces of the office and classroom areas.
Mansion at Waterford - OKC- New Construction
	This Assisted Living Center was constructed under a Construction Management Contract. The building houses a full commercial kitchen, elevators fire suppression systems and an emergency generator capable of sustaining emergency power in a power outage. The project included all site utilities, fire lines, carports and paving for the entire project.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity - Norman - Interior Renovation
	The Board of Directors for OU's Oklahoma Kappa provided direction for this room renovation project by first building a mock-up room to raise necessary funds. These rooms had structural steel bunk platforms and access ladders to safely provide a sleeping area for the members. Additionally, an approved fire sprinkler system was added to provide additional life-safety protection. New millwork was added in every room to complete the improvements. Prior to beginning this summertime work, asbestos-containing ceiling texture was abated.
RECREATION
Pacer Fitness - Integris Baptist Medical Center
	RBA and Associates Architects designed this two-phase renovation of Integris Baptist's rehabilitation and workout facility. The restroom millwork was replaced and the men's steam room was rebuilt. The work was done without shutting down or interruption to the facility.
Sante Fe Family Life Center - Oklahoma City - New Aquatic Facility and Interior Renovations
	Designed by Fitzgerald + Associates, this new Junior Olympic and Kiddie-size pool facilities were constructed over the footprint of two removed outdoor tennis courts. Existing grade changes were utilized to minimize the cost for the concrete wall and ramped access from the street and front door level.
Four Graces Pilates
	Designed by Pilates instructor and owner Sarah Malloy, this contemporary space is perfectly laid-out to conform to the exacting space requirements of Pilates equipment. The roof insulation was quilted and painted black to provide volume and aesthetics in the same detail.
Dobson Corporate Health Club (Dobson Corporate Headquarters)
	HSE Architects designed a Corporate Fitness Center and Shower Facility for the executive employees at the Dobson Communication Headquarters building. Former office space was relocated to accommodate this changed usage of the building.
